Produced in 10-gallon batches, a light wild cherry undertone is added to give it more depth and complexity. Cherry Blossoms are highly revered in Japan as a symbol of the rebirth and beauty of flowers in spring, so this elixir was recreated for this feeling by making it fresh and invigorating.
