Refund policy

Maison Baby will accept returns up to 90 days from delivery.  Items need to be in new condition and in original packaging for a full refund.  Specific to baby gear products, we will not be able to accept returns on used items, opened box or unsealed boxes for safety reasons. Maison Baby will absorb the cost of the return shipping if it is determined that the product is defective, the wrong item or variant was received, or any other error occurred on our part.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fees in all other circumstances.  Please contact us if you would like for us to provide you a return label for which we will deduct those fees from the refund.  Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of return delivery.  We stand by all our products and take great pride in providing excellent customer service.
