Maison Baby & Kids Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Maison Baby & Kids. We stand behind the products we carry and take great pride in providing excellent customer service.
Return Policy
- Within 14 days: Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.
- Within 30 days: Eligible returns will receive store credit.
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in 100% resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and components.
Baby Gear & Safety Items
For safety reasons, baby gear must be unopened, sealed, and in its original box and packaging to be eligible for return.
Once baby gear has been opened, unsealed, or used, it is considered used and cannot be accepted as a return. This includes items with an opened or unsealed box, even if the product itself has not been used.
Online Orders
Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store for a refund or store credit. Online purchases must be returned to our online warehouse and processing center and are subject to our online return policy.
Return Shipping
Maison Baby & Kids will absorb the cost of return shipping when it is determined that:
- The product is defective.
- The wrong item or variant was received.
- An error occurred on our part.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like us to provide a return label, please contact us. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
For returns sent to our warehouse, refunds will be issued within 48 hours of inspection after the returned item has been received.
Final Sale
All sale, holiday, and seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
